The middle line of crushing technology is represented by a two-rotor INDUSTRY 400 CRUSHER (hereinafter referred to as DI400) and its purpose is to ensure smooth disintegration of easily crushable objects. The advantages of this type of crushing technology lie despite the smaller dimensions of the crushing chamber and low electrical input in a wide range of applications. DI400 handles wooden boxes, pallets, wooden boards, branches, it can process waste from production (cuttings), but also plywood, chipboard. When crushing wood waste, the shredder also handles well the presence of simple metals, such as nails, hinges, etc. Another range of uses of the DI400 is the crushing of waste after chip machining (so-called chips), crushing of cabling (Cu, Al), crushing plastic containers, plastic barrels, cardboard, paper tubes, bundles of paper, books, paper boxes, but also communal or biodegradable waste.
The DI400 model is available in four power variants - 7.5 kW, 15 kW, 18 kW and 24 kW. When choosing an individual variant, the hardness of the material, the speed of the crushing itself, and the volumetric impact amount of the crushed material must be considered7
The unique and innovative DI400 concept offers the option of a superstructure for fine crushing. The material is crushed in two stages. First, the material is processed coarsely, followed by fine crushing by means of an additional shaft with a hammer crushing method. This ensures finer crushing and the output fraction can be regulated by an additional sieve. The electrical input for fine crushing can be set from 10 to 22 kW depending on the required output fraction, the hardness of the material as well as the volume output of the crushed waste. This unique two-section crushing process will save you significant operating costs, purchase of crushers, and save space in production.
Another advantage of the DI400 is its robust construction. During its production, no materials are saved and no materials are thinned to the stop. Robust processing eliminates the possibility of resonance and associated noise.
SMART crushing technology has been implemented in the process of manufacturing crushing technology, which reflects many years of experience and observations from practice. Intelligent control is noticeably reflected in the crushing performance, which ensures a larger amount of crushed material compared to crushed material with conventional crushers. During noise testing, the DI400 achieved excellent results. Above-standard quiet operation will be appreciated especially by operations close to the residential zone. Several factors contribute to lower noise levels, such as the use of innovative crushing teeth (ensuring quieter and more efficient crushing), high-quality, surface-hardened bearings with a low coefficient of friction, NORD electric gearboxes with high efficiency and ground gears and a solid and robust construction ( prevents the crusher from resonating during operation).
The basis of high-quality crushing technology is, among other things, crushing gearing. Ours changed during testing and development, until all previous practical engineering experience and especially dexterity was reflected in the new crushing technology. Our crushing gears are really quiet and very efficient. In case of damage to the crushing teeth, it is also possible to change the individual teeth. The construction of the crusher is designed so that it is possible to change the crushing teeth without the use of special tools. They are easily accessible and can be replaced by any maintenance worker or technician. And with common tools!
The DI400 is equipped with electric gearboxes from the German brand NORD. The ground gearing of these gearboxes contributes to their high efficiency. This leads to maximizing the output power of the shredder and minimal energy losses. A high-quality shredder drive saves energy and thus your finances, at the same time the entire shredder drive is very quiet.
The DI400 includes an electric gearbox with a high operating factor (high overload capacity), which is very important especially in the event of a sharp jamming of the crusher gears. Such a sharp jam causes a great impact force and overload. Thanks to the high overload capacity, the drive is stable and durable even in the event of a severe jammer jam.
DI400 are equipped with bearings with a hardened surface and a low coefficient of friction. The hardened surface of the bearing is a guarantee of long operation without damage. This eliminates equipment failure, downtime and service. Due to the low coefficient of friction, the bearing is very quiet and has a very high efficiency. High efficiency maximizes output power. The shredder thus saves energy and therefore also operating costs.
To make work more efficient, the DI400 can be equipped with an additional dosing or discharge conveyor, which can be connected to the crusher control system.
